30-Day Return Policy

To ensure that you are pleased with your Worth The Weight purchase, we offer you 30 days to review your diamond, jewelry item, or watch. If you prefer to return your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days following the shipment date of your order from Worth The Weight.

Accepting Returns

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all diamonds, jewelry items, or watches with the exception of engraved jewelry items or items that have been resized or altered in any way. We will accept a return if a piece engraved by Worth The Weight was not engraved with the letters specified in your order.

Returning Your Order

If you decide to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange within 30 days after your purchase has been shipped from Worth The Weight please:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code - Call us at (713)-759-1115 to receive your authorization code, which you will need to write on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package.

  2. Return Merchandise, Unaltered, in the Original Packaging - Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, or is not returned to us as instructed. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, or would like any help with this step of the process, please call customer service at (713)-759-1115.

  3. Insure Your Purchase and Ship it to Worth The Weight - Ship your purchase to Worth The Weight via U.S. Postal Service. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it with returned receipt using the return shipping label that was included in your original shipment. If you no longer have the return shipping label, please call customer support at (713)-759-1115.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for merchandise shipped from outside the United States. For questions regarding returns from outside the U.S., please call a Worth The Weight customer service associate in the U.S. at (713)-759-1115.

We will call you or send you e-mail to let you know we have received the merchandise. A full refund will be issued to you within three days of confirmation of receipt.

Exchanging Your Order

If you prefer, you may return your diamond, jewelry item, or watch within 30 days of shipment from Worth The Weight in exchange for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
